These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Yashoda Hospitality's website, located at https://condolencetours.com.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Condolence Tours if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Company Information: Condolence Tours is a travel concept managed by Yashoda Hospitality, operated from Garhwal, Uttarakhand, India and registered in New Delhi, India. We provide Vedic ritual management services, inbound spiritual travel in India, and virtual consultation/prayers/events for specific rituals.
Payment Terms: All payments for our services must be made in advance through bank transfer or any payment method approved by Yashoda Hospitality. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 100% payment is required at least one month before the scheduled service.
Prices marked with (*) exclude applicable government taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices include local permissions and necessary arrangements where applicable. Travel insurance, visa fees, tips, service charges, and personal expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned in the service description.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Walk-In Services:
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your booking, you may do so up to one month before the event, in which case we will refund 50% of the payment. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within one month of the scheduled event. If we need to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances on the ground, we will consider an alternative arrangement.Virtual Services:
All payments made for virtual services are non-refundable. Once your registration is confirmed, the energy exchange is considered complete, and ritual arrangements begin immediately.E-Books (Digital Products):
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in the case of a proven defect in the file. If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at condolencetours@gmail.com for assistance.
Refund Policy: Grief to Butterfly online course
1. Scope: This policy applies to the purchase of the Grief to Butterfly online course sold at the price of ₹3300 INR/$33.
2. Guarantee Period: Refunds are possible only after the purchaser has completed the entire 30-day program (all 30 daily actions). Refund requests submitted before completion of the 30 days will be declined. The refund request must be submitted within 60 calendar days of the original purchase date.
3. Refund Condition (100% Satisfaction): We honour all refund requests under our “No Questions Asked” guarantee—provided the program has been completed in full. No reason, justification, or proof of completion beyond completing the 30-day actions is required.
4. Refund Process: To request a refund, the buyer must send an email to salvation@condolencetours.com with the subject line: REFUND REQUEST: Grief To Butterfly. The email body must contain:
Full Name of Purchaser
Email Address used for purchase
Order Number
5. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the refund request. The funds may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear back in the customer’s original payment method, depending on the banking institution.
6. Refund Limitation: Only one (1) refund per customer/email address will be honored to protect against exploitation of the policy.
7. Completion Requirement
Important: If you request a refund without completing the full 30-day program (i.e., fewer than 30 daily actions), the request will be automatically declined. Refunds are permitted only after program completion. This refund policy do not applies to participants who purchased under the bonus/bundle offer.
Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel an event if any indecency occurs during travel or at the event. In this case, we will not offer a refund.
Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol consumption before and during the Vedic ritual is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality: We have the right to not disclose the location of the event.
First Come, First Serve Basis: Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Limited seats are available.
Empanelment with Local Community: We only deal with the local community to promote tourism. No corporate involvement is allowed.
Extensive Travel: Please note that extensive travel may be required during the process of the ritual.
Traditional Practices: All rituals and events will be conducted according to traditional practices.
Results and Guidance: We do not commit to results, but we deliver true guidance. The information provided in our guides is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional advice. The reader acknowledges that their interpretation and use of the information are their sole responsibility. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from following the practices outlined in our guides.
Use of Plastic: We do not promote the use of plastic to lower the event cost.
